Chili sin carne

Chili without beef broth When I prepared chili con carne for the first time, I remember. It was years back, and it was so very easy! I fried some beef and after that ... I opened up a pack of seasoning mix! I added it to the meat together with tomatoes, a splash of water and red kidney beans and done! Yes, even though I am ashamed to admit to it currently, I have to confess that I used a shop-bought mix to make that meal in the past. But there is something much more embarrassing. When that all set to prepare package had not been readily available anymore, I quit cooking chili con carne. Why? I reflected then that making it from scratch was too challenging and that I would never accomplish the very same taste. When I ultimately got my nerve and a fantastic recipe, too! I recognized that thanks to cooking it myself, I understood just what was in it. As well as it tasted most likely also better than the one I used to make.
